PB Flooring ("we", "us") installs, sands and refinishes floors in Mississippi. This policy explains what information we collect through www.pbflooringms.com, how we use it and the choices you have. When you request an estimate through our form, call us or email us, you may share:

- The service you are interested in and details about your project (rooms, approximate size, current floor, address of the job if you share it)

Information collected automatically
- Anonymous visit statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, the site that referred you, browser and device type and approximate country. It does not use cookies and we cannot identify you with it.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser), used for security and to keep the site running.
- One small cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, prepare estimates and schedule and complete your project
- To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email
- To keep basic business records
- To understand how the website is used and improve it
We will not send you marketing emails or marketing text messages unless you agree to receive them.
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the website, and only for that purpose:
- Vercel – website hosting and anonymous analytics
- Resend – delivers the estimate requests you send us to our email
- ImageKit – stores and delivers the photos shown on the site (it does not receive your form information)
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask us to stop contacting you
- Block or delete cookies in your browser (the site will still work; it will just not remember your language)
